1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment: We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or manufactured. If your order is successfully cancelled within this timeframe, you will receive a 100% full refund.

After Shipment: We cannot cancel an order once the product has already been shipped out. If your package is already in transit, you will need to follow our standard return process after receiving the delivery.
2. Return Window & Eligibility

30-Day Return Policy: Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after officially receiving the product. Requests exceeding this 30-day window cannot be processed for refunds or exchanges.

Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same pristine condition that you received it. It must also be secured within its original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we strictly require an official receipt, order number, or valid proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
3. Return Shipping Fees & Restocking

No Restocking Fees: Poiseoi does not charge consumers any restocking fees for the return of a product.

Shipping Charges: Customers will only be charged a maximum of once for shipping costs (this includes the initial shipping and the subsequent return shipping transit). For standard returns due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Safe Packaging: Returned packages must be properly and securely packed. They must not be damaged or misdelivered during transit back to our facility.

5. Refund Processing Time

Inspection Notice: Once your returned package is received at our warehouse and thoroughly inspected by our quality control team, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your item. We will simultaneously notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Original Payment Method: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 to 20 business days (depending heavily on your banking institution's standard processing cycles).
6. Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you have not received your approved refund after the designated timeline, please take the following verification steps:
